Kelly Ferrier

After completing the Natural Resources Environmental Technology program through NSCC and obtaining a bachelor’s degree in engineering technology through Cape Breton University, Kelly began working with the Confederacy of Mainland Mi’kmaq. The projects that she has worked on focus on species-at-risk, aquatic invasive species, and community outreach. Kelly is now the Program Coordinator at CMM for the eelgrass research project and will be working alongside Taylor Seed from the FOME lab to implement eelgrass initiatives across the province!
